Every tool here was designed to be clear, calm, and easy to use, especially for people who benefit from structure and low visual noise.
🏠 Home
What it does: Your day at a glance: a weather-aware greeting, Today's Message back and forth with your caregiver or the person you support, a Requests inbox for asking for things like a ride, a budget, or an opinion on a plan, plus alarms and a countdown timer.
How to use: Tap 💌 Today's Message to write or read the day's note. Tap 📋 Requests to submit a new request or check whether an existing one is still pending, approved, or not approved. Tap the small clock icon next to the date/time to set one or more alarms (once, or repeating on chosen weekdays) or start a countdown timer.
Accessibility tip: Today's Message and Requests are built for exactly this: staying in touch with a caregiver or supported person without needing a live conversation. Alarms and the countdown are saved on this device only, so they won't follow you to a different phone or computer.
🌱 Plans
What it does: Keeps all your goals, ideas and projects in one place, from a small idea to an active project.
How to use: Tap + Add to create a plan. Tap the status emoji to update progress. Double-tap a row to edit. Use "Hide done" to focus only on open items.
Accessibility tip: Turn off Icons and 📅 in Settings if the table feels busy. Priority and Tag columns can also be hidden for a cleaner view.
⬆️ Level Up Board
What it does: Simple checklists for everyday routines, chores or steps, grouped into lists you create.
How to use: Tap + New list to start one, then add items. Tap the checkbox to check something off, or tap the row for more detail. A caregiver can set a list to reset daily, award a token when it's finished, drag items into a new order with the ↑↓ arrows, and attach up to 3 optional Check-in Questions to a task to see what stuck. Caregivers can also export a list to a file and import one someone else made, to share lists between families.
Accessibility tip: Nothing here is a demand, just a place to track steps at your own pace. Instructions stay hidden until you tap 📖, and Check-in Questions never block finishing a task — "Not right now" always works.
💵 Money
What it does: Tracks your bank accounts and daily income and spending. Shows your current balance at a glance.
How to use: Tap Got Money, Spent Money, Move Money or Save Toward Goal. All changes are saved automatically. Tap the eye 👁 to show or hide your balance.
Accessibility tip: You can open a full Money Planner from here for more detail. The Wish List keeps your saving goals in one place.
🌿 My Day
What it does: A daily check-in for how you feel: mood, energy, sleep, medication, and activities. Also works as a caregiver daily report: when someone with special needs is in a group setting or away from family, the staff or caregiver fills it in each day, and parents can review the History tab to know exactly how their loved one is doing (mood, sleep, meds, activities) even when they're not nearby. It's a calm, structured way for families to stay connected and feel at ease.
How to use: Fill in the cards each day. Tap the emoji that matches your mood. Check any activity you did. View past entries in History.
Accessibility tip: Each card can be opened or closed. Start with just mood if everything else feels like too much.
📅 Calendar
What it does: Two ways to see your schedule, switchable at the top: the built-in 🗓️ YTW Schedule (add and track your own shifts, right in the app, no Google account needed) or your existing Google Calendar.
How to use: Enable the Calendar tab in Settings, then tap "🗓️ YTW Schedule" or "Google Calendar" to switch views. On YTW Schedule: add a shift, confirm it as worked once it's done, and browse by Month, Week or Year. The ☰ menu on Week view has Paste a Week, Copy Last Week, and Duplicate Day for fast repeat scheduling. Tap the payroll icon on Week view to open the Payroll Report and estimate hours, pay, and take-home for the week, pay period, month, or year (set your hourly rate in Settings first). Turn on "🔗 Publish My Schedule" in Settings to get a private link that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook can subscribe to.
Accessibility tip: YTW Schedule keeps everything shift-based, predictable, and requires no sign-in of its own; switch to Google Calendar instead if that's where your appointments already live.
🌸 Cycle Tracker
What it does: Tracks your monthly cycle phases so you can understand your energy and mood patterns.
How to use: Log your cycle start date. The app shows which phase you are in and what to expect.
Accessibility tip: Knowing your cycle phase can help explain mood swings or low energy days, not something to worry about, just useful information.
🗺️ Roadmap for Life
What it does: A visual life milestone tracker: big life goals organized in phases, like a game you are winning.
How to use: Tap any step to update its status (Not started, Working on it, I did it!). Add a personal note, a goal date, and now a support link (a job posting, an enrollment page, anything useful for that step). Rename steps or add new phases in Roadmap Settings.
Accessibility tip: The phases break big goals into smaller, less overwhelming pieces. You can rename any step to match your own words and goals.
🌊 Calm Corner
What it does: Breathing exercises, grounding activities, body movements, brain games and calming sounds, all in one place.
How to use: Open the Calm tab any time you feel overwhelmed, anxious or just need a pause. Choose Feel, Breathe, Body, Brain, or Sound.
Accessibility tip: Designed for sensory regulation. The activities are short (1–5 minutes) and have clear instructions. No reading required for most exercises.
⭐ Wishes
What it does: A wish list for things you're saving toward, with a visual Value Map that shows how your wishes compare in size/cost at a glance.
How to use: Add items you want. Track savings toward each one. Open the Value Map to see them compared side by side.
Accessibility tip: Seeing wishes sized by cost, instead of just a list of numbers, makes "which one is realistic soonest" much easier to judge at a glance.
⚖️ Value of Things
What it does: Add anything (big or small, expensive or cheap) and see how it compares in size next to everything else you've added, using a visual Size Map.
How to use: Tap 🗂️ Quick Add to pick from presets or add a one-off item. Tap any item in your list to edit or remove it.
Accessibility tip: A visual size comparison (instead of just numbers) can make "is this a big deal or a small deal" much easier to judge — useful for understanding relative cost or importance.
🏆 Rewards
What it does: A token system: earn tokens for good things, lose them for setbacks, and spend them on rewards you've set up. Shows your current balance at a glance.
How to use: Use the Earn / Lose / Redeem tabs to log activity or spend tokens. If you support more than one person, use the switcher at the top to pick whose ledger you're viewing.
Accessibility tip: Tokens make progress and consequences concrete and visible, rather than abstract, helpful for connecting today's choices to a real, countable outcome.
